Moving around from one city to another because of my father’s work was fun and still not easy for me, because each time I would lose my tribe and had to start over. Yet, these early experiences cultivated a degree of resiliency in me and an openness to change. After immigrating to California at the age of 27 (and losing my tribe again!), I found my passion in coaching people to live joyful and fulfilled lives. I feel most at “home” when connecting and interacting with people and I am passionate about my clients on their journey. I love people and get energized when human interactions lead to insights and positive change. Actually that’s what “Hanie” means in Farsi: “Someone who serves others”.
I love to be a resource for those who are at a fork in the road, feel foggy or lost, because of a sudden unexpected event, or issues surrounding family, school, loss, work, a big change, immigration or any situation in this precious life. I also love working with different age groups, including our youth, who are going through difficulties, like I did when growing up, and want to be a source of support for parents. I offer my clients the tools and resources needed to support them live a joyful and fulfilled life. I love seeing my clients grow and fly like a butterfly and roar like a lion! When I’m not coaching clients, I’m traveling, hiking, walking on the beach, reading, cooking, baking, planning, dreaming, and connecting with my tribe.
In our time together, I will serve you as a bold, fierce, direct, honest, silly, funny and caring coach and I want you to be your authentic self as well. We may cry, laugh, dance and yell together no matter what shows up. Our time together is a safe space to explore with no judgment. Our goal is to find your way to your goals and dreams.
