I was born in Iran and raised in Tehran and Tabriz—two vibrant cities with distinct cultures and languages. Moving frequently due to my father’s work was both exciting and challenging, as I had to rebuild my community each time. These experiences shaped my resilience and openness to change. At 26, I immigrated to California—once again leaving my tribe behind. Through this journey, I discovered my passion in helping others navigate life’s transitions and create joyful, fulfilling lives.
Now, after more than a decade in the U.S., I live in San Francisco with my loving husband and our beautiful son. My greatest joy is seeing the world through my son’s curious eyes and exploring life together. I find deep fulfillment in nature, travel, music, the ocean, food, and the connections that make a community feel like home.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me traveling, hiking, walking on the beach, reading, cooking, baking, dreaming, and connecting with my tribe.
